Here are a few gift ideas that we hope will either stand out as a thoughtful option for the grieving woman if your life, or maybe spark some new ideas for you to consider as you think about different gift options. This is a small list, but it is a place for you to start!

– sign them up for Grace in Grief if they are not signed up yet.

– on our resources page are links to other non profits and businesses where you can order personalized jewelry, care packages, weighted bears, and more. Browse those links. Gather ideas.

– gift cards to eat out at some of their favorite places.

- gift card for a massage.

– gift card to Starbucks.

– put together your own care package for them with small items that you think might bring them comfort.

– bring them their favorite drink and snack.

– buy them a book that is specifically about miscarriage and infant loss. A list of some great options is also included on our resource page.

– write them a thoughtful note card on their due date and loss date. These dates are incredibly hard for moms, and to be reminded that they and their baby are loved can be a very healing thing.

– give them an essential oil such as frankincense, release, lavender, stress away, joy, hope, or white angelica. These, and other oils, have beneficial properties to them that help process emotions and ground them.

– give them a Mother’s Day card. (and if you’re able include a small gift)
